4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  • Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return the product.

  • Shipping: Securely package the product, including all original accessories and packaging materials. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package. Ship the product to the address provided by our customer service team. For customer-initiated returns, you are responsible for arranging and paying for the shipping.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund:

  • Approved Refunds: If approved, we will process the refund to your original method of payment within 14 days.
